Why We Give

When you tithe, you’re trusting God with your finances.

Tithing is a biblical principle. God calls us to give the first 10% of our income back to Him. We’ve seen God provide abundantly in our church, and we know He will provide abundantly for you and your family when you put Him first in your finances.

We open our Bibles to learn and open our lives to love, so that lives and legacies are transformed. Our mission is entirely supported through the faithful giving of our church family.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will the new building project begin?

We are in the planning and preparation stages now. More details—including timelines and next steps—will be shared in the coming months as plans become finalized.

2. How can I get involved right now?

The best way you can help today is by praying for God’s guidance and blessing over this project. You can also begin preparing your heart for the generosity initiative launching next year.

3. Can I volunteer to help with construction?

We love the heart behind this question! Because this is a large-scale project, nearly all construction will be managed by professional contractors to meet safety and quality standards. While hands-on construction opportunities will be very limited, there may be ways to help in other supportive roles as the project progresses. Stay tuned to future announcements.

4. I have construction skills or a related business—can I offer services or donate materials?

If you own or work in a business related to construction, materials, or specialty services, we encourage you to reach out. You can reach out directly to our developer who is coordinating services. Email jerry@pcdm.us

5. Will there be opportunities to give financially before the official campaign begins?

Yes. If God is stirring your heart to give now, you are welcome to make a gift to the general fund. Early gifts will help us prepare for what’s ahead.

6. How else can I support the project besides giving financially?

Pray faithfully, share excitement with others, and stay engaged as we release updates. Some future opportunities may include hospitality, events, or administrative support related to the initiative.

7. How will updates be shared with the church?

We’ll provide regular updates during worship services, in emails, and on our website. An FAQ section like this one will grow as more details become available.

8. What is the commitment of Pastor Mark and Grace to the future of Trinity?

Our church family was started by the Driscoll family who all serve together. The family feels called to Trinity Church by God, loves the church, and feels very loved by the church. At the 2025 annual Board of Directors Meeting Pastor Mark asked to sign a 10-year commitment and did so to ensure that everyone knows he is fully committed to Trinity Church and plans to preach there for the rest of his life.

9.  How are we planning to pay for the building?

Because of the excellent giving of our congregation, we have been able to set aside funds the last few years. Also, we have a loan commitment from a bank for the remainder. That will allow us to get started with the planning and permitting process. In first quarter 2026, we will launch a major capital funds initiative to hopefully raise all of the funds to pay off the purchase of the building and fund the improvements to serve the needs of our ministry.
