Executive Assistant to the Creative Arts Pastor
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the Creative Arts Pastor’s email and calendar (schedule meetings, appointments, and events, respond to or initiate new emails, and keep the Creative Arts Pastor up on timely key communications and meetings.)
2. Assist Creative Arts Pastor with project management by administrating meetings, assigning To-Dos, and tracking Actions.
3. Assist Creative Arts Pastor with planning and coordination of services and events (weekend services, Real Men, Real Women, Students, Young Adults, and special events).
4. Be a burden lifter for the Creative Arts Pastor through coordinating family arrival and assisting in the scheduling of childcare during ministry events.
Required Skills
1. Five years of experience in an administrative or management role, and work in a nonprofit or ministry setting.
2. Experience managing email, calendars, and other communication tools and/or file storage software, including specific software such as Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
3. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

1. A mature believer, and if married, sets the example of a Christ-centered marriage to others.
2. A confident, self-starter that has keen attention to detail and demonstrates the ability to make observations and recommendations for improving processes and addressing/solving issues and problems.
3. High integrity and confidentiality are a must.
4. Organized and utilize systems and processes to maintain work order.
5. Has the ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing church and the ability to shift focus and their team as new ministry opportunities arise.
