Video Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Video Broadcast Director and Marketing/Communications team to execute the video vision of Trinity Church.
- Produce a weekly 5-minute pre-service countdown video highlighting church events, ministries, and community life.
- Capture high-quality B-roll footage at weekend services, events, and special gatherings.
- Operate professional video and audio equipment to ensure excellent production quality.
- Edit video content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools in alignment with Trinity Church branding and vision.
- Maintain, organize, archive, and catalog video and audio equipment and media assets.
- Stay current on video production trends, storytelling techniques, and technology.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in videography and video editing.
- Experience with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Ability to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly deadlines with consistent, high-quality output.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Trinity Church.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior experience producing content in a church or nonprofit environment.
- Strong storytelling ability with a creative eye for engaging visuals.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic production schedule.
- Familiarity with broadcast environments and live-service workflows.
