Video Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  1. Partner with the Video Broadcast Director and Marketing/Communications team to execute the video vision of Trinity Church.
  2. Produce a weekly 5-minute pre-service countdown video highlighting church events, ministries, and community life.
  3. Capture high-quality B-roll footage at weekend services, events, and special gatherings.
  4. Operate professional video and audio equipment to ensure excellent production quality.
  5. Edit video content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools in alignment with Trinity Church branding and vision.
  6. Maintain, organize, archive, and catalog video and audio equipment and media assets.
  7. Stay current on video production trends, storytelling techniques, and technology.

Required Skills

  1. Demonstrated proficiency in videography and video editing.
  2. Experience with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  3. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  4. Ability to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly deadlines with consistent, high-quality output.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  7. Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Trinity Church.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  1. Prior experience producing content in a church or nonprofit environment.
  2. Strong storytelling ability with a creative eye for engaging visuals.
  3. Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic production schedule.
  4. Familiarity with broadcast environments and live-service workflows.
