Worship Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
1. Partner with the Director of Worship and Creative Arts Pastor to carry out the vision and execution of Trinity Worship.
2. Provide leadership as a worship leader for worship services, especially secondary services.
3. Manage and develop vocal volunteers in their creative skills and spiritual health.
4. Onboard and schedule vocalist volunteers using worship operating systems and processes.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of camps, conferences and events that include worship.
Required Skills
1. Proficient in music theory.
2. 2 or more years of experience worship leading in a church setting.
3. Experience developing and training volunteers.
4. Administrative skillset to build and manage workflows and scheduling of volunteers/services.
Preferred Skills & Experience
1. Ability to play at least 1 instrument while leading vocally.
2. Microsoft, Planning Center, Asana.
